Our varied and flexible approach has delivered workshops at The British Museum, Blenheim Palace, Kettles Yard, Fitzwilliam Museum, University of Cambridge Museum of Zoology, London Print Studio, numerous schools, arts societies and community groups.
Printmaking sessions can be taught within your environment ‒ 2 tutors, presses and materials all provided. Reduce travel costs, travel time and administration – we can bring the printmaking studio to you if you are approximately one hour’s drive from the studio. Extended travelling time considered for longer residences.
Workshops can be Relief, Intaglio, Monoprinting or Screen.(Screen available for small groups only.)
Options are available for students, teachers and as a consultancy service within your school:
1 Students - The day can comprise of repeated workshops of the same technique am and pm allowing up to 20 students the opportunity to attend each workshop with 2 tutors, or focus on 2 techniques with one group of 20 students for the whole day. Available to schools up to an hours drive from the studio. Cost - £495 day rate plus £9.25 per head per 2 hour session for materials plus mileage expenses. Screen printing also available for small groups – Materials costs £25.00 per head per 2 hour session.
2 Teachers – Training on site in a variety of print techniques or use of equipment. Available for individual or small groups. Content tailored to meet school needs. Cost - £350 for 1 tutor (10 - 3.00) plus materials plus mileage expenses.
3 Consultancy – Our tutors can advise on a variety of subjects from technical skills, studio set up, materials and equipment. This service is suitable for individuals and any organisations wishing to set up or improve an existing print studio. Cost - £300 for 1 tutor (10 - 3.00) plus materials plus mileage expenses.
